Bankruptcy Relief

Consumer & Business Bankruptcy

"The solution that we recommend will be the one that best resolves your financial problems, whether it involves a bankruptcy or a nonbankruptcy option."

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

We help people eliminate debts through Chapter 7 bankruptcy, typically without jeopardizing any of your assets, such as your house or car.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

We help people file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy so they can reduce or restructure their debts while retaining all of their assets — often benefiting those behind on a mortgage or facing an underwater second mortgage.

Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

We help people and small businesses restructure their debt through Chapter 11 bankruptcy to regain financial control through extended repayment arrangements.

Credit Card Debt

We help clients eliminate harassing creditor communications and lawsuits as part of a comprehensive plan for financial relief.

Business Bankruptcy

Small business owners can regain control of their finances through the appropriate bankruptcy filing, restructuring debt to keep the business moving forward.

Misconceptions About Bankruptcy

We take the time to educate clients on common misunderstandings about the bankruptcy process — so you can make an informed decision, free of the myths.

Family Law

Divorce & Family Law

"Division of assets, alimony, and any of the areas relating to your children such as custody, visitation or support."

Divorce & Asset Division

We represent clients through the full divorce process — division of assets, alimony, and every area relating to a fair and orderly resolution.

Child Custody & Support

We handle contested child-related disputes such as custody, child support, visitation, child relocation and removal, and other child-related matters.

Divorce Mediation

A less costly, voluntary alternative to the traditional divorce process. Attorney John Ullian is a trained mediator who helps spouses reach agreement outside of court.

Modifications & Contempts

When circumstances change or an existing order isn't being followed, we help clients pursue modifications and contempt actions to protect their rights.
